Aqua Social Fest 2.0

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone, all participants are requested to comply with the following guidelines:

1. Code of Conduct

• The event venue will be monitored throughout the program by the organizing team and event coordinator.
  Any participant found engaging in inappropriate behavior, misconduct, harassment, damage to property, or any activity violating university rules will be immediately removed from the venue without any refund. Such cases may also lead to disciplinary action by the university.

Dress Code

• Participants are requested to wear decent and appropriate attire throughout the event.

• Both boys and girls must wear proper upper-body clothing at all times while using the swimming pool and participating in the rain dance. Inappropriate or revealing clothing is strictly prohibited.

• Organizers reserve the right to deny pool access to anyone not following the dress code.

Carry Extra Clothing

• Students are advised to bring an extra pair of clothes, a towel, and other personal essentials for the swimming pool and rain dance activities.

Personal Belongings

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including mobile phones, wallets, electronic devices, and other valuables.

• The organizers and Parul University will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Food & Beverages

• Unlimited food and beverages will be available during the event.

• Students are requested to consume responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage of food. Let's respect the resources provided for everyone.

Entry Timings

• Entry to the venue will begin at 07:00 PM.

• Entry gates will close at 08:30 PM. No participant will be allowed to enter after the closing time under any circumstances.

Entry Eligibility

• Only students with a valid event registration/confirmation will be permitted to enter the venue.

• Since the event has limited capacity, entry is strictly non-transferable.

Maintain Event Decorum

• Every participant is expected to behave respectfully towards fellow students, staff members, performers, and event coordinators.

• Any form of fighting, abusive language, bullying, intoxicated behavior, vandalism, or disturbance to the event environment may result in immediate removal from the venue and disciplinary action by the university.

Follow Safety Instructions

• Students must follow all instructions provided by event coordinators, and university officials throughout the event.

• Safety instructions issued during the event are mandatory.

Swimming Pool Safety

• Running, pushing, rough play or any activity that may endanger yourself or others is strictly prohibited.

• Participants must use the swimming pool responsibly and at their own risk while following all safety guidelines.

Respect University Property

• Any intentional damage to university property, event equipment, furniture, decorations, or pool facilities will result in recovery of damages from the individual(s) responsible along with disciplinary action.

Photography & Videography

• The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.

• By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their photographs or videos by Parul University for official promotional content.

Medical Responsibility

• Students with medical conditions such as epilepsy, heart conditions, severe allergies, or any health concerns that may be aggravated by swimming or physical activities should participate at their own discretion and inform the organizers if necessary.

Organizer's Decision

• The decision of the organizing committee and university authorities regarding event management, participant conduct, and safety-related matters shall be final and binding.
