Ganpati Maha aarti & Bhajan Clubbing

1. Event Eligibility

   • The event is exclusively for Parul University Hostel Resident Students.

   • Valid university/hostel identification may be required for entry.

   • Dress Code: As this is a religious and cultural event, participants are expected to wear modest and culturally appropriate attire. Revealing outfits, including crop tops, short skirts, shorts, or similar clothing, will not be permitted.

2. Event Entry & Registration

   • Entry is subject to successful registration, wherever registration is applicable.

   • Registration/entry passes are non-transferable.

   • The event management team reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the event guidelines.

3. Religious & Cultural Conduct

   • This is a religious and cultural celebration. All participants are expected to maintain respect and dignity throughout the event.

   • Participants must maintain appropriate outfit & behaviour during the Ganpati Mahaa Aarti, prayers and bhajans.

   • Any behaviour that disrespects the religious sentiments of others will not be permitted.

4. Bhajan Clubbing Guidelines

   • The Bhajan Clubbing segment is intended to celebrate devotion through music and positive energy.

   • Students may sing, dance and enjoy the celebration while maintaining discipline and respecting fellow participants.

5. Safety & Security

   • Students must follow instructions given by the event organizers, security personnel and university authorities.

   • Do not push, rush, climb barricades or engage in any activity that may endanger yourself or others.

   • Emergency exits and designated pathways must remain clear at all times.

6. Photography & Videography

   • Photography and videography may take place during the event for university/event documentation and promotional purposes.

   • Participants are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of fellow students while taking photographs or videos.

7. Property & Belongings

   • Students are responsible for their personal belongings.

   • The organizers/university will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

8. Cleanliness & Campus Property

• Students must maintain cleanliness at the venue.

• Damage to university property, event infrastructure or decorations may result in disciplinary action.

1. Hostel & University Rules

• All participants must continue to follow applicable Parul University and hostel rules and regulations during the event.

• Participation in the event does not exempt students from hostel timings, disciplinary requirements or other university policies.

1. Organizer's Rights

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue or activities due to operational, safety, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the event guidelines or disrupts the celebration.

1. Final Decision

• The decision of the event organizers, security personnel and authorized university representatives regarding entry, participation and discipline shall be final.
