TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This event is exclusively for students and staff currently enrolled at Parul University. Only registered participants with a valid university ID will be granted entry. No exceptions will be made.

2. Be very careful while filling in your details along with the enclosure type. No changes will be entertained in the details given by the buyer at the time of form filling/ registering after the ticket has been confirmed. 

3. Any issues or errors while filling up the data will be your sole responsibility. The University will not be responsible for making any corrections or changes to the information. 

4.Each entry pass is valid for one person only. No refund allowed upon cancellation of ticket.

Entry passes are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer or sell the pass will result in its immediate cancellation.

5. Only the enclosure will be pre-assigned. The seats for the event inside the allotted enclosure will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

6. Entry will start from 08:45 pm and will close sharply at 10:00 pm .Late arrivals will not be allowed under any circumstances.
University Main Gate will close at 09:30 pm.

7. Participants are expected to behave responsibly throughout the event. Any form of misconduct, nuisance, disruption or damage to the university property will result in immediate removal from the event and imposition of a fine. 

8.The organizers and the University reserve full rights to terminate the registration or entry of any individual who poses a risk or obstruction to the safe and smooth execution of the event.

9. Bags and eatables are strictly not allowed into the main event ground. You can carry only plastic water bottles with you. 

10. Once the event starts, going in and out of the venue premises will not be allowed.
