Registration is compulsory
Students must complete the registration process before attending the movie screening. Only registered students will be allowed entry.

Eligibility
Watchers' Park is open only to Parul University students residing on campus. Students who are not campus residents will not be permitted to attend.

Valid Student ID
Students must carry their valid Parul University Student ID Card and may be asked to show it at the entry point.

One Registration per Student
Registration is individual and cannot be transferred to another student.

Behaviour and Discipline
Students are expected to maintain proper discipline and behave respectfully throughout the event. Any form of misbehaviour, disturbance, argument, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Respect the Coordinators
Students must cooperate with and respectfully follow instructions given by event coordinators, security personnel, and university staff. Misbehaviour or refusal to follow reasonable instructions may result in removal from the venue and/or further disciplinary action as per university rules.

No Disturbance During Screening
Students must maintain silence and avoid activities that disturb other viewers during the movie screening.

Prohibited Items and Activities
Students are not allowed to bring or use any food item ,plastic bottle ,prohibited, unsafe, or unauthorised items at the venue. 

Weather Conditions

Since Watchers' Park is an open-air movie theatre, the screening may be paused, delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to rain, strong winds, extreme weather, or any other unfavourable weather condition.

Technical Issues
The screening may be paused, delayed, interrupted, or cancelled due to technical problems with the projector, sound system, power supply, network, or any other equipment. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to resume the screening as soon as possible.

No Guarantee of Complete Screening
In case of circumstances beyond the organisers' control, the complete movie may not be screened. The decision of the organisers in such situations will be final.

Personal Belongings
Students are responsible for their own belongings. The university and event organisers will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Entry Restrictions
The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or ask a student to leave the venue in case of misconduct, violation of these terms, or any activity that may affect the safety or experience of other students.

Changes to the Event
The university reserves the right to change the screening schedule, movie, venue, timing, or other event details if required due to administrative, technical, safety, or weather-related reasons.

Compliance with University Rules
All students attending Watchers' Park are required to follow the rules and regulations of Parul University in addition to these terms and conditions.

Final Decision
The decision of the authorised university representatives and event coordinators regarding entry, discipline, safety, screening, or event operations will be final and binding.
