Registration & Entry

• Entry is permitted only to registered students of Parul University who are residing on campus.

• Students must complete the registration process before attending the screening.

• A valid Parul University ID card must be presented whenever requested by the event coordinators.

• Entry is subject to availability and the event's registration capacity.

Discipline & Behaviour

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and behave respectfully throughout the screening.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, disturbance, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

• Students must cooperate with the event coordinators and security personnel at all times.

• Any activity that disrupts the screening or creates discomfort for others may result in removal from the venue.

Seating & Cleanliness

• Students are requested to remain seated and maintain proper decorum during the screening.

• Please keep the venue clean and dispose of food wrappers, beverage bottles, and other waste in the designated dustbins.

• Avoid damaging university property or the facilities provided at Watcher's Park.

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.

• Students must not engage in fighting, abusive language, or any activity that disturbs other attendees.

• Any violation of university rules may result in disciplinary action.

Safety & Personal Belongings

• Students are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.

• Please follow all safety instructions provided by the event coordinators and security personnel.

• The university will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Weather & Technical Conditions

• The screening may be paused, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Technical issues, power interruptions, or equipment failures may cause temporary delays or interruptions.

• The university reserves the right to modify the screening schedule depending on the situation.

Event Changes & Cancellation

• The university reserves the right to change the movie, screening time, venue, or event arrangements whenever necessary.

• In case of cancellation or rescheduling, students will be informed through the appropriate university communication channels.

• Registration does not guarantee entry if the event capacity has been reached or entry conditions have not been fulfilled.

University Rules & Regulations

• All students must follow the rules and regulations of Parul University during the event.

• The event coordinators and university authorities reserve the right to deny entry or ask any student to leave the venue in case of misconduct or violation of these terms.

Final Decision

• The university management and event coordinators reserve the right to take the final decision regarding event management, entry, discipline, and any unforeseen circumstances.

• Participation in the event implies acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
