Student Eligibility

Exclusively for Parul University students. The booking student is designated as Event Host and is fully responsible for all guests. Student ID verification is mandatory.

3-Day Advance Rule

Bookings must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the event date. Same-day or last-minute reservations are strictly not allowed.

Entry & Closing Timings

Venue Opens: 08:30 PM | Closing: 11:00 PM.
Strict Entry Cutoff: 09:15 PM (No entry allowed after 09:15 PM).

Non-Refundable Policy

All package bookings & extra guest fees are strictly Non-Refundable. If added guests (e.g. +5 students) fail to join, no refund will be issued for absent guests. Rescheduling allowed 24h prior.

Only current Parul University students can book the venue. The student placing the booking is designated as the Event Host and is responsible for all guests attending the event. Valid Parul University Student ID cards must be presented during verification.

All base packages include up to 20 students. Additional students can be added to your booking slot at the per-student rate specified in your package (₹250 or ₹300 per additional student).

The venue opens at 08:30 PM and closes at 11:00 PM. Please note that strict venue entry closes at 09:15 PM. No entry will be permitted after 09:15 PM under any circumstances.

Students must wear decent and appropriate clothing. Proper upper-body clothing is mandatory for both boys and girls while using the swimming pool and rain dance arena. Inappropriate or revealing clothing is strictly prohibited.

All venue bookings and additional guest charges are 100% Non-Refundable. For example, if you pay for 5 additional guests (+5 students) and some or all of them do not join or fail to attend the event, no full or partial refund will be provided for absent guests. Date rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours prior and the new slot is available.

Food platters prepared by Sera Cafe are served at the venue according to your chosen package (Large Food Platter or Medium Food Platter). Additional food or beverage items can be purchased directly from Sera Cafe. Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
